I loved Everything about this hotel.I highly recommend it. Let me share my experiences as a first time turist in Colombia. The security upfront Fabio , he really gave us the feeling that every single guests are important, I had a situation that my dad felt sick on the firt day arriving , I ask him where I can find some soup he personally brought it at my room for my dad ,because I had to an docter appointment. FABIO also showed me the pharmacy. FABIO yiu are the best!I clearly see you love what you do ,keep up the good work God will bless you with many things. Moving on to room service, we had an amazing lady Elizabeth who had the shift the days we where there .She did a very good job ,trustworthy and we loved that every day she leaves a note telling us she attended the room and also on the days that we did need the service she was like ok but atlease let me change the towels,hand them to me. ELIZABTH you are for sure one of best room attended I ever had thereafter you have senior Jackson , if I am not mistaking he is a chef, Jackson with a very nice approach ask if everything is good with the food ,if there is anything he can help with let him know. I spoke a little bit with him and I could clearly see aswell that Jackson loves what he do. Thank you Jackson. The hotel is very safe ,perfect location . Everything is walking distance. The front desk staff was also amazing.

The breakfast room is amazing. Rocio the housekeeper is really nice and she left the room sparkling clean

The staff was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The bed very comfortable and quiet at night. Location is perfect for both work or tourism.
